It's a very efficient service except would appreciate if the tickets received will be written in English for easier verification.

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that all ferry companies we work with, including the one you chose, provide us tickets in Italian version only, unfortunately no tickets in English language are available.As being a booking center we strictly have to follow the ferry company policy which doesn't allow us to modify or traslate any boarding document into another language.Best regards, the Staff of Ok-Ferry

Semplice, chiaro, immediato. Non ho trovato nessuna difficoltà a fare la mia prenotazione.

La prenotazione non dovrebbe avere i costi dei diritti di prenotazione e anche prenotando on lime non si dovrebbe andare a ritirarei biglietti cartacei in biglietteria se no non conviene prenderli on line che uno li acquista soprattutto per questione di tempo! Vedesi come esempio l'acquisto dei biglietti di Trenitalia...grazie

Gentile Cliente, purtroppo alcune compagnie di navigazione non prevedono l'emissione diretta di un e-ticket valido per l'imbarco, ma solamente un voucher da convertire alla biglietteria di porto prima della partenza. L’utilità di acquistare il voucher online, pagando i relativi diritti di prenotazione, è quella di assicurarsi l’imbarco agli orari prescelti senza rischiare di non trovare posto per poter partire. Very nice booking system, simple and fast. I am very satisfied. I would recommend to you to include the baggage information for travelers during the booking - e.g. which kind of baggage is included in the price (numbers, dimension) or if it is necessary to buy it for any trip.

Excellent - found site very easy to use

Ordering tickets on-line is easy enough but having to print out the tickets is a big challenge. It would be more convenient if we could show the ticket on our smart phone and not have to print it out. I am a visitor in this country without easy access to a printer.
