fino ad ora ottimo e rapido, mi auguro che anche l'imbarco ed il viaggio lo siamo ugualmente

Bought online. Ticket received says 'This ticket must be printed & presented to our crew at the time of boarding" but you can't use it to board. It should be called a voucher and say to present to port office to exchange for ticket. Should be able to present email to port office to get tickets instead of printing out. Onboard crew were great & waited for me to run to port office to get ticket.

Dear Customer, unfortunately many ferry companies do not issue directly an e-ticket. The voucher you have received by email also reports that for that specific Company is mandatory to perform the check-in at the port offices, just below "This ticket must be printed & presented to our crew". non obbligherei il cliente a stampare i biglietti, basta la vostra mail con i biglietti che il cliente può mostrare nel cellulare

La mia opinione riguardo il vostro servizio non può che essere positiva. Ho utilizzato il servizio call center per ovviare a un inconveniente capitato durante la prenotazione online, e il personale che mi ha assistita è stato davvero gentile e ben formato. Raramente si ha la fortuna di incorrere in operatori come i vostri!

Molto semplice, sia la scelta che il pagamento. Non fa perdere tempo se uno ha deciso una destinazione. Si possono velocemente confrontare soluzioni diverse.

La prenotazione telefonica è di buon livello soprattutto per la cortesia della operatrice, l'attesa al telefono invece, e'snervante.Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione on line direi che il risultato è pessimo, non sono riuscita a prenotare pur facendo numerosi tentativi, arrivati alla fase 5 scompariva tutto. Voto finale:6 e mezzo

Great source of public transportation. Boat was late in the early morning arriving to the dock, so account for some kind of lateness - ours was about 30 minutes late. Other than that, getting onto the boat is a little unorganized and crowded. Also it's important that you go to the ticketing booth to get a print out of the tickets if you booked online - was not about to get on without checking in.
